  • I love how you explain that diet is an important source of your workout routine. So many people don’t understand this and I once never thought I needed proper eating habits. I stopped working out for a year and recently got back into it but started off cleaning my diet up and then proceeded to weight training and cardio. I can say I see a major difference in how long I can last in the gym and the actual results in my body. It’s crazy. Diet is a big thing
