Are Steroids Paleo? PEDs and CrossFit w/ Michelle Kinney and Mike McGoldrick – EPISODE 102

Did you read that controversial article that made the rounds last week (since removed by publisher) claiming that some of CrossFit’s elite level athletes are on performance enhancing drugs (PEDs)?

Did you know CrossFit changed the drug testing rules for the 2014 Open/Regionals/Games season?

On this episode we brought in our friends and former CrossFit Games athletes Michelle Kinney and Mike McGoldrick to see what they thought about the topic.

They also lay out what foods they eat and what supplements they take throughout a typical training day.  Oh, and McGoldrick shares a story about a cheat meal that kept him awake all night long with an epically bad case of the farts.  🙂
