CrossFit Open Workout 15.4 Tips & Strategy


Only two workouts remain in the 2015 CROSSFIT OPEN SEASON. This week, the task is to knock out as many handstand pushups and power cleans as possible in 8 minutes.

First up, Barbell Shredded coach and Crossfit Games athlete Mike McGoldrick is going to help you put together an awesome strategy for 15.4.

You might be nervous about doing multiple HSPU’s. Maybe you aren’t sure whether or not to break up your power cleans. Don’t worry, Mike’s got you covered.
