  • A slow breakdown of the Jerk dip and drive, covering body parts movement, grip, posture, timing, core pressure, and feet pressure.
  • Common errors and how to avoid them: Gripping the bar too hard, dipping forward, being toe heavy, and elbows caving in.
  • Cues to think about: Dip straight down, drive from heels, knees out, elbows high and out, and let the bar float.
  • Drills for beginners.
