Aleks Rybchinskiy is a Neurosomatic Therapist with nearly a decade in the field working to heal clients by applying integrative and holistic therapies and methodologies mastered through accelerated completions of the prestigious practitioner programs at CHEK Institute in California, and Neurosomatic Educators Institute in Clearwater, FL.
As a CHEK certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach and Level IV CHEK Practitioner, Aleks combines his expert knowledge of metaphysical correlations with physical symptoms, as well as holistic nutrition and the sociocultural influences on lifestyle to help his clients make positive and permanent changes to their health, weight, and pain symptoms.
Aleks works with clients from all ages to address weight loss, muscle gain, pain, physiological imbalances, TMJ, frozen shoulder, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel, headaches/migraines, visceral massage, cranial alignment, and many more. He also has a roster of clients all over the country, and is available for services and care outside of the Chicago & Austin area per schedule availability.
After spending the morning together, chatting and doing the podcast I hired Aleks to be my coach. If you’re in Austin, that’s great, as you can work with him in person. If you are not, I work with him remotely myself, so you can do the same.
In this episode, Aleks talks about how he began trusting himself as he started learning about what he’s interested in, how subconscious beliefs impact coaching and health, why typical SMART goals are only the surface and aren’t going to lead to long-term client satisfaction, how to live authentically and present as a coach, how to create compliance with your clients, how to create a network and work with other coaches and trainers, and more.
