 Holy shit we did it.

Two years ago when we started this thing I was on my fifth year as a pizza delivery driver.  I now get to do what I love, which is follow the sport of CrossFit and help others in their pursuit of fitness.  And I get to do that with my best friends.

I want to seriously thank you for tuning in every single Wednesday.  I’m not sure how you aren’t sick of us yet, but we’re honored that you keep coming back.

I seriously can’t thank you enough.  I promise to keep cranking these jokers out as long as you keep wanting them.
